Cancellations of driving lessons must be done 24 hours in advance, cancellation on the day of the test will result in forfeiture of the lessons.

 

if client is more than 20 min late the instructor will leave and you lose the service paid for.

Always bring your learner’s license with when attending driving lessons.

if you arrive late for a lesson you will be charged the full lesson fee, the instructor may only be able to offer you the remainder of your scheduled lesson time, due to scheduling requirements of other lessons, and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit.

Account to be settled before the test date. 

 

Clients following courses will not be booked without prior, irrespective of whether a test date has been allocated.

 

All lessons will be paid for in advance, or a 50 % deposit will be accepted. No lessons will be given without such advanced payment.

 

Packages must be used within a 3-month period after purchase date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of remaining funds

 

Motor vehicles of The Driving school will not be made available to clients for tests when there are fees outstanding.

 

Lessons must be cancelled, or alternative arrangements be done 24 hours in advance, failure to do so shall result in all paid fees forfeited. No money will be paid back to clients under any circumstance. If lessons are cancelled, new appointments must be made.

 

Clients must be punctual for their lessons, as no time will be added or money refunded as a result of late arrivals.

 

Training sessions lasts 60 minutes. 

 

All clients must at all time have their identity and learner’s license when attending lessons, or getting instructions of any nature. Clients must have these documents with them when going for a test at the testing grounds.

We urge the client not to make a test booking until K53 learners classroom or the appointed instructor makes such a recommendation.

Driving schools or parents by law according to the government may not make bookings on behalf of clients only the client may.

The Driving school reserves the right to change lesson times within a reasonable time frame and will only do this in case of a vehicle being in an accident or brake down or if the instructor becomes sick. 

 

Test bookings take priority over driver training bookings, your scheduled booking might have to be moved due to another client booking a test in your timeslot. We appreciate your co-operation.

 

Should the client be under the influence of any substance, uses inappropriate language, is abusive or harasses the instructor in any manner, the instructor reserves the right to stop driver training, and the client will forfeit the remainder of the lesson

Usage of own vehicle

• Should the client wish to use their own vehicle for driver training, the full fee will still apply, and on own risk.

• The owner of the vehicle will be liability for damages to the vehicle, injury.

 

All attempts will be made to give the service you paid for, but when an accident or vehicle breaking down occurs the driving school can not be held responsible for loss of driving test appointment as this industry is a very high risk industry.

Should you want to use our vehicle for a driver’s test, a minimum of 3 hours training must be booked before the test. (We need to determine your driving skills before hiring the vehicle to you)

​No Driving school vehicle will be issued to any individual for testing who has not attended lessons and if prior arrangements have not been made in well in advance.

No driving school can guarantee you to pass your test.

No driving school can issue a drivers licence we only provide training on preparing you for the test.
